Southside at Gramercy Park is genuinely well-run. First Service Residential manages it professionally. The pool and Sky Terrace are actually used. The concierge knows residents by name. TSCC 2853 is a healthy condo corporation — no special assessments, Tarion warranty still active to March 2028. I wouldn’t be this transparent if I wasn’t confident in what I’m selling.
